I can now see why PnP is in financial trouble. The service at the Boardwalk Mall branch in Gqeberha is the worst by far of all supermarkets. Staff do not know the products or where to find it in the shop, some common products are unavailable, and the tellers are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Fortunately there is also a Checkers store n the mall, where the opposite is true.
