PIck n Pay, the no care when you pick and have to pay

NON existing service. I shopped at Pick and Pay, both times was more than R 3000, I did it so that I could get points. I then saw I didnt get points, on contacting them, via the THEIR PREFERED WHAT'S UP line, I was told, that I have R 169. I went to the shop and was told no only R 59.00

Contact Pick n Pay what's up line a gain and called them and were told that I only had R 59.00, Now I have to prove that I had a CONVERSATION, ON THEIR WHATS UP LINE.

Its pathetic, big company sucking the life out of the lower class, do you think I'm making a R 169 on the . up? It's my data, my airtime, my petrol to contact you and prove that I shopped thee.

We are in a small town, so with Pick N Pay you will have fewer customers, Im sure you dont care why should you?

Yes a lady called and like I said to her, I'm not posting the proof again and again. You have the records of it, do the work and look at all my proof. But as I am in customer service as well, I would have tended to my clients need. Not ask them to tell someone over and over just to be shot down afterward,. I will never shop their again unless you provide me with a very good outcome. At least a voucher for the years and years shopping at Pick and Pay and buying all our cleaning ,materials and out occffee etc from you.

Okay so here is more proof. You are saying that I have more points that have expired, I go in weekly to Pick and Pay, and every time I take my card out, it means the points are not loaded. I have also asked them can I see my point as I really need it and they have said to me zero because the machine often doesn't work

I would please like to be called, ***, with the final solution not back and forth.
But I do need a solution to the outcome of exactly the results that are here and what I can expect when I go back to the shop.
