*********** Pick n Pay The Glen

I went to Pick n Pay The Glen, and I want to say as a consumer I've never felt so disrespected by the staff of any company.

So at 20:04 as I was about to rap up my shopping as some security lady walked up to me and told me that it's 8pm and the store is closed. I understood and decided to cut my shopping short with the intention of returning the next day or whenever to finish up my grocery shopping. I get to the till and same lady is there with the cashier having a conversation and they actually made me wait. Eventually they finished with whatever business they were having between themselves and I started unpacking my shopping, gave the cashier my phone to load my smart shopper details then she rang my stuff as she should and asked if I wanted some plastic bags, I said yes and she called her ***orker to help her pack my groceries. They as well decided to have a conversation between themselves and my groceries was being put into the plastic bags just for the sake of being put there. Anyway, when the cashier was done I left. I get home and I realise that none of the stuff I have bought on promotion has been discounted, none. I have taken a picture and unfortunately I can't load it here. My question here is what does management do with *********** staff who clearly don't appreciate their job? And what do I do with the groceries? Because I want to benefit from the promotional items as much as everyone else. I will never go to the pick n pay at The Glen ever again.
