Pick n Pay The Falls - Bad experience

Thyme Restaurant attached to the store used to be great not so much anymore....we ordered pizza but they said they didnt have mozzarella cheese then we ordered a sandwich they didnt have rye bread ---- how can this be when they are right in the food store. We then wanted a salad dressing and were given an off the shelf one and no other choice,,,, They didnt even bother to go and get from inside the food store - food is not good there anymore.<br> What kind of customer service is this???? Obviously the new management is not good management! <br> PicknPay the Falls may be a lovely clean store but prices are outrageous in comparison to other stores and go up on a weekly basis....Tried to call and speak to the manager but was put on hold for so long the phone cut off and then tried to get an email address again with no help ... sorry we will be going back to Checkers!
