Pick n pay - Terrible service and no care for customers!!

Very poor service with regards to money transfer. I understand it was my mistake to insert the wrong card but how can a transaction go through by entering the wrong pin??? I deposited 5k into a closed/ inactive account and pick n pay allowed the transaction to go through even with me entering the incorrect pin. I also have a receipt for the transaction..Go to the store, only to be spoken rudely by the manager who can't do anything to help!! Terrible service..Will never be doing anymore transfers or even support any more pick n pay branches!!! I have to now run around with the bank to see where my funds went to!!!
