Pick N Pay terrible experience

I used Pick N Pay ASAP yesterday evening for the first time for my sister and I actually can’t express how inefficient the service is. Firstly the groceries were delivered to the wrong adddress and someone else took my groceries. It was impossible to get hold of the driver to redirect him to the correct address. I have email support 3 times since the incident and no one has bothered to get back to me. This was a terrible first time experience, I’m never using Pick ‘n Pay asap ever again will stick to Checkers Sixty 60.
