Dissapointed with pnp

I placed an order with blackfriday22 voucher of R100 with items totaling R401… picknpay charged me that extra R100

I tried resolving this matter with them to no avail

Secondly, after awaiting over a week for my order… some items (oreos) were not included reference number - ***

3rd… my 2nd online was cancelled without any correspondence
