Pick n Pay Tembi mall 👎

Bought an unfresh dry cake at pick n pay...and accidentally threw away the receipt because i wanted to return it. I sent an email to customer care because I knew if I'd walk into the store with the cake they will make fun of me because I lost the receipt..The person from customer care [Mihlali Solano ] didn't even try to assist me instead, she kept on asking for pictures and when I send them she can't view them and responds after a day with something else..

What a bad customer experience I got from Pick n Pay
