Pick n Pay takes our money

I am really so tired of fighting with P&P. Every time I buy from them, there is a problem with the prices. Yesterday I bought a coolerbox ob special R129, and they charged me the normal price. Now R20 might not be a lot for you, but if they take R20 from each customer, they make millions. I now check my slips every time, and every time there is an issue... How many people dont. Its just not fair. A promise you make, should be a promise you keep...

Another way they trick you, is to put special prices on shelves of non specials. The Harpic 500ml is on special for R19, but the price was on the shelf of the 750ml, so when I checked my slip, guess what, I paid R28, but I thought I will be paying R19. Because the store was closing, they just said they cant assist me

This is a difficult time for a lot of people, I need to turn ever cent around and we really need our businesses to do what they say.

I can't say that I am going to stop supporting P&P, because my little purchases don't even matter to them, but I really hope that it triggers a moral and ethical issue..
