Pick 'n Pay Table View Mall fails to give service

I took my broken pressure cooker to PnP Table View mall early in February, I explained to them that I received it as a gift and had no slip. The fault was a Prestige manufacture fault. They said they will get the part for it however I explained to them what the fault was and that it's not something they could just replace at the store. Weeks went by, I kept phoning and they were full of excuses. Told me the part was sent to them but went missing in the mail. Almost 2weeks went by and then they received a part, which was the wrong part. They told me they will attend to it and get back to me. To no extend did they phone me back, weeks after I phoned and still nothing. End of April I went in to collect my broken pressure cooker and took it to Melkbos branch where the fantastic staff replaced my pressure cooker with NO questions asked! Today my husband too a kettle back that was purchased at the Table View Mall pnp, on the box it states you get 1YEAR warranty. The kettle was purchased August 2016 and he provided the slip to prove it. They wanted to book it in but I refused as I have learnt my lesson waiting months with that store and getting no feedback, phoning them continueously and driving up and down to the store waiting in kues yet to get the SAME excuses. My husband left with the broken kettle and just got it replaced at PnP Boy de Goede Circle. PnP Table View Mall will never get my business again! I will also be sure to inform everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

Update to post:

The person on duty replaced the kettle at Table View Mall. It was not replaced at Boy de Goede, my husband was heading there after I spoke to the guy on the phone at Table View branch. In future I will still avoid shopping there unfortunately as you have to always put up a fight to get service there. This store is not what it used to be years ago. We grew up shopping at that PnP since little kids. Absolutely shocking!
