Pick n Pay swindle

I was shopping in PnP Southcoast Hypermarket on Wednesday 26th. In the Butchery dept I saw lean beef mince advertised for R69.99. My husband took a small pack from the top shelf which was marked R98.99/kilo. He took it to a staff member who pointed out it was the bulk mince that was on special. Why then were there large Perspex signs on both shelves of small packs stating R69.99.I told her it was plain ***** and removed the top two signs and put them at the bottom with the bulk packs. A boss type person with a striped shirt sidled up and showed me that the signs did say “bulk” in smaller letters. That’s as maybe but doesn’t explain why these large signs were on the shelves of smaller outrageously priced packs. (I have photos) He told me that that is what head office wants and tells him to do. Really? Swindle the poor? Because that is who will buy the small pack as they can’t afford bulk deals. I know we’re all having a hard time right now but PnP this is a shocker: just so your shareholders can take home a few bob more! I wonder how many suckers they caught with this ****.
