Pick n Pay Swazi Inn Tembisa

I'm writing on behalf of my mother who is 65 years old. She bought a kettle at pick n Pay Mall of Africa on the 22 November 2022 brand name AIM. Which then only worked for 4 days then today she went to Pick n Pay Swazi Inn in Tembisa to exchange as that is the nearest location for her. When she got there she was told by Justice Khoza(manager) that they can't exchange it because they will have to pay for repairs for the kettle as Pick n Pay Swazi Inn Tembisa. What hurts the most is a 65 year old has to now go to Mall of Africa to exchange not even refund a simple exchange was only needed from Pick n Pay. I'm so ****ed off at the kind of service we getting at Tembisa Pick n Pay. Pick n Pay please get your act together please if training is need for everyone please do so you guys need to speak in one voice cause wow i'm so ****ed with this whole thing
