Pick n Pay Supermarket Stores

Approaching the manager of Pick n Pay Birchleigh North Kemptonpark this morning, i was met with an aggressive as a matter of fact attitude from this man. This is not the first time for this man to treat customers with contempt and aggressively. He blatantly scolded me aggressively when i pointed out an incorrect price in his wine department a while ago.. Today i asked him why four staff members cutting and wrapping cheese with their bare hands. When i noticed some of staff members rubbing their noses and scratching their scalps , i decided to approach the manager. In a strong aggressive voice he said they drop the cheese if they use plastic gloves. He then virtually "bark" at me saying do you want them to drop the cheese on the floor. I left the presence of this most unprofessional employee of Pick n Pay . I shall not purchased cheese from Pick n Pay anymore. The attitude of this man is beyond understanding; he is rude aggressive, sarcastic and needs to be spoken to. I do not think any Ackerman family member in their business will allow his conduct to be condoned. I believe this manager's people s****s needs to be addressed. I was in retail for 45 years and would not dare to treat customers in this appalling manner. Afterall once customers in any business is your"bread and butter".
