Pick n Pay Sunward Park Asap it's really unprofessional, pathetic delivery service ever

Yesterday I placed an order yesterday the 25 Jul 2022 in the morning, my delivery was made I even gave a 5 star rating. After a while on my lunch as I am working from home I unpacked my grocery only to find I have items missing that I swapped because my items I originally ordered was out of stock but it shows on the invoice that I was charged for these items that were never delivered. I also |received a refund that will be refunded into my account in 10 day's but it's only for one item, but what about the other items? I sent 3 emails to the ASAP customer service email and was given a ticket number I even called them but they are not giving me any feedback and answers. This Is not the first time the pick n Pay Sunward park is really unprofessional and pathetic and they shouldn't be operating
