I would like to commend one of your staff members at Pick n Pay Sunninghill, whose name I believe is Boitumelo. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by her, and I was genuinely impressed by her courtesy and professionalism. In the past, my experiences at Pick n Pay have often involved cashiers chatting with packers or colleagues, without paying much attention to customers. Greetings were rare, and interactions were limited to being asked if I wanted a plastic bag. Boitumelo, however, was completely different. She greeted me with a warm smile and a polite “Good day, ma'am,” and conducted herself with such attentiveness and respect. Her manner made the shopping experience very positive and refreshing, and I wanted to take the time to recognize her for standing out in this way. Employees like her truly rare.
