Pick n Pay Sucks

I used my smart Shopper Card to redeem points to the value of R100 last year and i lost the print out from the machine so i never bought anything with my R100. When i queried this i was told that they cant help me. Surely PnP can track if the points were used or not? This is really shoddy service. If you lose the printout you lose your points. Very poor!
