Pick n Pay strikes again with BAD service

This is the second time I am writing the same complaint about Pick n Pay in one week and they still have not responded or done anything about the groceries I ordered via their app that was never delivered. I will write 1000 complaints if I have to. All they did was give me ref number ***. I will complain until my query is resolved to satisfaction.
