PICK N PAY STRAND HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

FOR THE SECOND TIME . I've been receiving disgusting service from MANAGERS . So one Saturday morning I walk into Pick n Pay and order a chicken roasted pie which was MOULD , I sat with food poisoning all weekend ,I went back to the store and explained to the supervisor that the pie was mould she looked at it and told me to go get a new one , what type of customer service is that ?? I then called in and spoke to Jamie who showed so little interest and never gave any feedback , not even an apology once for the mould pie and the food poisoning . This morning I walk in and get myself a fruit salad which I'm under the impression that the fruits are fresh , took one bite and all the fruits tasted like onions !!!!! I go back to speak to the store manager and her service was pathetic , I explained to her the first incident as well as the current one , and her question to me was what do you want me to do ?? Throws my fruit salad on the counter and tells the cashier to refund me , walks away . No apology whatsoever and the worst attitude , this is not customer service , especially for management it's pathetic . That chicken pie could have ****ed me.
