Pick n Pay stores Rondebosch and Vangate Mall staff and managers are very rude.

I was sent cash on Friday 27 Oct 2023 to collect via any Pick n Pay store till point. I went to the Rondebosch Pick n Pay in the afternoon to collect the money. After standing in the queue the cashier said don't have money. I proceeded to ask for their floor supervisor to confirm. Same answer but in a bothered she said THEY DONT HAVE MONEY.

I drove to a different store in Vangate Mall in Athlone to collect the same money and again same outcome. I went to the Vangate Mall branch 3 times this past weekend.

It seems if they have opted to not provide the cash service they can let customers know. I still have not redeemed the cash sent and after 5 days it will be sent back to sender and we will have to redo the whole process again.

I have never written a negative review on any service provider but both these Pick n Pay stores staff and managers showed zero care and disregard to me.
