Pick 'n Pay store management fail to assist...

I went to Pick and Pay Faerie Glen on the 19th of December 2022 where I first went to the pharmacy to buy medication for my daughter before starting with my grocery shopping, where I used my debit card to pay but unfortunately I then forgot my card with the cashier there.

When I finished doing my grocery shopping that's when I realized that my card was missing, my wife quickly went to the pharmacy cashier to go check for the card where the cashier confirmed that I had forgotten the card but unfortunately the pharmacist has taken it and locked it up in the pharmacy and he had already gone home.

The lady by the name of Antoinette told me that according to how they usually do things, when a customer forgets something, it will be taken to the security in the shop so that the customer can get quick access to their valuables should they return after the store is closed.

They phoned the pharmacist to come and give me my card as I needed to use it for filling up my car, he refused to come back. I pleaded with the supervisor who phoned the management at home with no luck as I told them that my car did not have enough petrol to take me home and to work the following day.

I called the insurance company to come and fetch my car home, I then took 2 taxi's the following day to get to work which I explained to the store management that it takes me two taxis to get to work which is not safe for me but my plea fell on deaf ears. I explained that I was scared for my health due to non adherence to Covid 19 protocol in the taxis but it was all in vain.

I just needed them to give me atl least a little cash for petrol so I can get home and go to work the following day and I would then come and fetch my card after work but I was not helped.

Particular one of the floor managers named Siya, this guy refused proudly in my face and told the other managers that was willing to make a plan that I must sort myself out and come back to fetch my card the following day, stop making my problems their own as it was my fault by forgetting the card at the previous teller.
