Pick n pay store card(RCS)

Pick n pay Dobsonville doesn't even deserve 1 star ,I have experienced the worst ,annoying disgusting service ever. The RCS store card declined Saturday on the 13th while its loaded with funds was given an attitude but I thought to myself let me wait for Monday and deal with RCS,same day Saturday sent an email to RCS assuming they will get back to Monday. Monday I called in spoke to a lady at customer service later transferred me to *****s department, the lady assured me there's nothing wrong I may proceed and purchase with it with no hustles.Then I asked my husband to purchase some items for me same thing happed today 15 May ,did the same thing again called in spoke to a nice lady card tried to assist but still said the same thing there's nothing wrong with the card and claimed the store must assist and resolve the issue while at that time I'm on a 3 way call with RCS and my husband, My husband's phone was on loud speaker I could hear everything he was discussing with the so called supervisors and cashiers who kept on telling him that that card has no money and there's nothing they can do making insisted that he must make other means of paying that card doesn't have money .We didn't get any assistance from pick n pay Dobsonville mall
