Pick n pay store card

My Dad app**** for a pick n pay store it was pre-approved but because him and my Mom share a banking account for the last 65 years he can't get the card, so now after 65 years of not having his own banking account he get declined but no where on the website does it say that you as the applicant has to have your own banking account. And then when I queried it I was told that a team leader will phone me and guess what I am still waiting for the team leader to phone me. WHAT A BAD SHOW
