Pick n pay store account pathetic

Hi im abit upset with pick n pay in regards to my store account i have always been paying through eft and on time however on the 26/02/21 i decided to pay off my full outstanding balance because of the high interest they charge and the service and insurance fees every month which they dont explain when u sign up upon paying my full outstanding credit with few rands extra they still without my permission go into my bank savings account and debit minimum monthly payment this is ridiculous i demand my money back and the account be closed i cant deal with a company that just feel they can do what they want
