Pick n Pay store account

I made payment for my store account the beginning of the month for April. Then I get a message saying that my account has been blocked and I have to pay a blocked fee as I did not make payment. This is ridiculous and I refuse to pay blocked fee!!! I went in to a Pick n Pay only to be told there is no one available to help me.
