Pick n pay store account closure

Good day

I am highly frustrated as i have paid up my oick n pay store account a month ago and requested that it be closed, however when i viewed my clear score. Com profile today to check my credit score it shows that a pick n oay account was opened in October 2019 and its still opened and reflects that i am owing which I am not as the account that i did have has been paid up and closed. I have tried calling the call centre numerous times, i am just put on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time with no answer. I need this to be rectified and i need to know that my account is closed. I am highly frustrated as this issue has dropped my credit score.
