Pick n pay stole my vouchers valued at R3500!

Pick n pay ASAP service is pathetic!!! I had vouchers that I used, R15000 in total. 1stly the driver's came an hour after the scheduled time then they canceled 2 of my orders saying I wasn't available. Then an order was canceled bcos they had no stock. Then I had orders short. In total 15 orders of R1000 each. I have called 6 times and emailed 9 times. They have not reimbursed my vouchers to the value of R3500, nor the delivery fees for their own late deliveries that didn't happen n also not for items out of stock that wasn't delivered. They are pathetic and I'm sick of trying to get my money back!!!
