Pick n pay stole my money

I'm so disgusted with pick n pay. Yesterday( 10/9/2021) I bought some items online and to my shock they debited my bank account 4 times. When I call them for a refund they tell me that I will only be refunded after 7 working days. I need that money for my kids and I can't wait for 7 working days! It is your mistake at the end of the day why are you making me wait for so long to get my money that you stole from my bank account. How will I buy food for my kids when you have taken my money without my consent and now you telling me stories. This is heart breaking. I always shop online with Checkers and Woolworths and not even once have I experience this. The first time pick n pay delivered the wrong order and now they stole my money! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
