Pick n pay stinky service

Worst experience ever, at pick n pay vosloorus, I have a faulty iron took it back a guy called Henry plunged it told me it’s fine , when I was telling him it’s faulty at times it’s not functioning at all , at 1st they said to me I must leave so they send to repairs I was them called back to get a new1 then called again back to be given this faulty one to see how I sort my self out with it ... there’s nothing he will do .. this is the kind of service one receives at this store , my customer service rights are violated.
