Pick n Pay stinky chicken

I bought 2 trays of chicken at PnP Vangate last week to use for supper that night. I arrived home and when I removed the plastic packaging there was a terrible smell coming from the chicken. I eventually put all of that chicken in the trash and have tried complaining to PnP several times via email.

I still have no response and would like a refund ASAP.
