Pick n Pay still the best in class!

An unforgettable experience with PnP Hyper in Ottery, Cape Town. I was at my wits end with a top loader I purchased just over 2 years ago. Suppliers were unable to assist with a fault it seemed was unit specific. They were called out thrice. Repairs were then outsourced to a 3rd party company. They too were not able to assist through almost 1 year. I then finally returned to PnP a week ago where I purchased the machine. They went way beyond the call of duty to assist me and gave me a full refund for a washing machine that was past it’s guarantee. Thank you to the Client Services Manager. We won’t forget this!
