Pick n Pay still not rendering a service

I have sent 2 reports complaining about the service, the same service in the last month. Both with replies by by Pick n Pay saying they will forward it to the relevant party to get back to me. To date NO-ONE has phoned me and I am still in possession of the faulty tumbledryer that I don't want. So they only respond to hellopeter for the sake of responding to look like it matters, when in fact I may as well not have submitted a report to begin with because in ACTION, they ignore it. I WILL NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND NOT I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION BOARD with copies of all my correspondence directly to them and via hellopeter. Disgraceful.
