Pick n Pay still living in the Stone Age

My mum's washing machine broke so I decided to buy her a new one online from PnP as she lives in Dbn and I live in Jhb. When I wanted to checkout it was a huge disappointment to find out the PnP does not deliver to Chatsworth in Durban. Almost all major retailers deliver to Chatsworth. Why is PnP so far behind the rest?
