Pick n pay Stellenbosch *****s from the poor

Pick n pay was running this promotion, if you buy chicken, you get some airtime or data. My sister bought it and a lot of other stuff and pick n pay Stellenbosch. She wanted to grab something at britos but his workers stopped her and said their trollies can not go to other stores, she went back to pick n pay to return everything so she can buy what she wanted to buy and buy the same things later after she has done everything. This whole scene was new to us. Upon returning, they took her R120 for the airtime, she didn't want any airtime. She didn't want to cause any scene, she let it go. Later when came back to buy the same grocery, they said she must come back on Tuesday. They and the pick n pay online customer service have been ****ing her around. Last time I heard from from a customer service gentleman names Jason, he said he escalated the matter to the store. That was two three weeks ago. I really need answers, we still have their airtime. R120 may sound small to them, but to people who were brutally annaliated by lockdown like us, is it a lot. Can they stop jecking my family off please!!?
