Pick n Pay Steeldale BAD MANAGEMENT

I have had numerous problems with pick and pay Steeldale. The first time was when I bought the Whiskas bag, the vouchers that was supposed to be in the bag had expired.

The second time was when I purchased a item, I didn't wear the item I just wanted to exchange the item for something else they gave me attitude and told me that they would give me a voucher then I could buy the other item. According to my knowledge they are not allowed to give me vouchers they have to refund me.

When I tried to exchange pants I bought there they asked me if I had worn the pants I said no. They asked me again did I wear the pants again I said no. Then they didn't want to refund me they gave me a voucher saying that unfortunately they cant give me the funds back. This was the third incident I think that I just had enough now.

I buy there everyday. I don't think I deserve to be treated like that. We spend a lot of funds at the pick and pay. The manager there is Shawn he is very unprofessional! The people are rude. And if this continues I would rather spend my money at Checkers
