Pick 'n Pay *****s money from customers

On 29 June I drove past a Checkers to go to Pick n Pay in the CBD. I did this not because I love standing in cues for more than an hour, but because I love the cricket cards. After paying, I get no cards. The teller reckons "sometimes it gives, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe because it is almost ending." So, I drove past a quiet checkers to a crazy busy Pick n Pay for something I didn't get. Then, after getting home, I see that the "specials" I bought was rung up at normal prices (I have pictures). So instead of paying R100 for 5 Husky dog foods, I paid normal price, the same with R55 for 5 pampers cat food. So not only didn't I get the cricket cards, I got ****** too. I then placed this on Facebook, it is now 11 July and still, nothing. Yesterday my wife goes to Pick 'n Pay. As usual, she put our baby in his car chair inside a trolley and bought 9 items. She went to the express till, because she only had 9 items. The teller then shouted at her "no trollies". My wife explained about the baby being the reason for the trolley. The teller then rung up the bacon at normal price, instead of the price it was advertised at on special, and when my wife told her, her response was, "well, you stood here with a trolley when you're not allowed, so I can make you pay normal price". What a delightfull shopping experience at Pick 'n Pay. Twice, you ***** from us? Nice one Pick 'n Pay
