Pick 'n Pay *****s from disabled people!

Two months ago I ordered food from PicknPay ASAP. They ended up delivering it a a day later than I had paid for. When the order turned up it was completely wrong! I sent it back and requested a refund. They promised me a refund but I haven't heard from them since! I am disabled and can not afford to be ********** of R280 like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
