Pick n Pay *****ing from people during such horrific times

Zakhele at Pick n Pay head office has been messing me around since the 21 May. I ordered online directly through pick n pay, they were supposed to refund me more than R400 for stock not delivered but I have been waiting for almost a month now and the call centre agents has no idea what right from left is. No1 can send me proof for the claim that they say my money has been refunded. My calls get disconnected and I am just not getting what belongs to me. I have statements from my bank as proof that they did not refund me but still I get no assistance from pick n pay. I will not leave this issue. GIVE MY MONEY BAC****! I will never shop through you ever again!
