Pick 'n Pay, Stanger, uShaka Mall I will give them a poor rating as I went to do sum purchases on Saturday, 03 April 2021. The shelf price did not match the till price and I queried this after checking my receipt. I called the supervisor and she took me to the manager and I got the runabout. I had to wait for the manager who was on a call and he went on and on until he could see that I was getting restless. I complained to the manager that I was unhappy with what happened and he told me that it was the head office problem. So I stated that I am dealing with your store and not the head office. I made it known to the manager and his subordinates that I was not happy with what happened to me and also stated that how many customers before me paid more than what they supposed to pay. This unpleasant experience cost me 15 minutes of my valuable time and I pointed this out to the manager and his team
