Pick n Pay Standerton - a very bad service from customer service

Today I went to Pick n Pay Standerton to bring back the polony as advised. I went straight to the customer service desk and met Zuzile or Zuziwe. Told her I’m returning the poking, she was with another lady busy chatting away, they both touched the polony and she then said, the polony is too small for her to return it back to the supplier, I then told her, the same supplier that she’s talking about are the same people who said on TV and radio that no matter how little we must return the goods and she said “NO THEY DID NOT”. I am very dissappointed and ****ed off with the lack of customer services s****s. The polony was not even small, she was just lazy to do her job, why is she even there if she has no customer service and for her to tell me wrong information. Can you imagine how many customers were sent back !!!
