Pick n Pay staff threatening customers

I went to the Pick n Pay in Kyalami on Main on 13 Feb 2020. Upon asking for assistance from one of the assistants in the veg section I was answered with extreme animosity bordering on very threatening behaviour. I was accused by the assistant for not greeting him when infacted I mention 'excuse me' a number of times to which he ignored me only to erupt in weired spectacular fashion. I felt victimised and unsafe and informed the store supervisor. The incident was downplayed to a culture issue form not greeting him first despite me trying to get his attention and him ignoring me. After all how do you greet someone not even looking at you? It appears as if Pick n Pay condones such behaviour.
