Pick n Pay Springs vs Pick n pay Sherwood

Pick n Pay springsgate employees and Manager Etienne has given us the worst treatment today as paying customer. We have been to the same Pick n Pay more than 4 times for groceries with our 3 month old Cuppucin Weeper ****** she wears a nappy and she is more hygienic and clean than some of their shelves and bakery area. Today we were denied access by a employee of the pick n pay and we had to walk to the Manager as he refused to come to us while we were already busy purchasing our groceries. Mieka our weeper ****** baby is in my arma wearing a nappy and clothes with a blanket therefore no health risk to any other customer in the shop. The treatment and response we got from the employee and Manager and this shop was so outrageous that we had other shoppers and employees stare at us and we had to leave the shop as if we were street beggars and had some kind of disease. From there we went to Pick n pay Sherwood Gardens and we requested to see their Manager first in order to get permission and we were granted permission to do our shopping with Mieka. We want to thank Pick n Pay Sherwood for the acceptance and great service and polite staff. For us Mieka is a family member and therefore she should not be treated any different than one of our children entering the shop. We suggest that Pick n pay Springsgate staff can learn and educate themselves with the service that we received at Pick n pay Sherwood. Same shops but totally different treatment from staff it was shocking !!
