Pick n Pay Springs Mall are liers, so are their drivers.

I placed an order with Pick n Pay ASAP! On 28.01.2023 @ 16h05.. I am writing this review at 29.01.2023 @ 10h45.

I must say that Pick n Pay together with their drivers are dishonest! I recieved a call from a driver @ 19h43 to ask if my order has been delivered and I told the guy No! I'm still awaiting for the order.

This morning I called the call center @8h05 and spoke to Monika- she said she would follow up with the store and get back to me. At 10h05 I called back - yet the called center rings continously with no answer.

I then decided to call Springs Mall Pick n Pay from 10h15 - Pick n Pay Springs mall and they do not answer their phone the whole morning!!

How ****ing frustrated are you trying to make 1 client on a Sunday! My order consists of essential items for my daughter and my family. I have paid in full for these items and it's 10h51 and I still do not have my ****ing order!!

I never ever have issues with Checkers Sixty60. They are efficient, honest and get the job right!

Pick n Pay are absolutely horrible with their customer service. And the amount of dishonesty is crazy.
