PICK N PAY SPOILED EGGS

I am writing this with a very heavy heart, im a mother of three kids(2,5,8).. I went to pick n pay family in brackenfell (WESTERN CAPE) to buy them eggs (date 28th/12/23).. It happened they prepared eggs not on my presence and didn't notice that they were spoiled.. When i came back i noticed that they were not feeling well, they complained of a sore tummy, i gave them something for the tummy ache, instead of getting better it worsened.

I took them to the DR the following day and the DR confirmed that it is something they ate and they got food poisoning from it.. I went back home and started to check everything they consumed that day.. THE EGGS had an expiry date of 27/12/2023.. I went back to pick n pay where i bought eggs.. On Saturday (30th/12/2023) and the lady told me to take another box of eggs(which i refused) and i can come back when her employer is at work... I went back on Monday (01/01/24)and again i couldn't find the owner, the guy who i found also failed to help me also, telling me to go back home and come back the following day when the owner is at work.. He filled in a certain form saying they are still going to investigate(while my kids are dying)

I am asking hellopeter to please intervene in this matter as i could loose my only kids because of their negligence.
