Pick n Pay spoil my Sunday happiness.
I drive roughly 10 kilometers to town as I stay on a farm. I did my regular shopping and paid for my goods. It was 09:40. I asked the teller to hold my groceries as I feel like having some wine with my sunday lunch. I walked past the new growing queue that formed after me. I got back with my one bottle of wine and stood in the queue until it was my turn again. It was now 09:45. Now she decides to spoil my happy sunday mood by telling me I will have to wait 15 minutes until 10:00 to buy this one bottle of red wine.
This after I told her I am fetching wine...why didn't she let me know of the fact when I told her I am getting wine. Why if the whole wine cabinet is not closed off and signed on this fact. There isn't even a sunday sign noting this rule.
My unhappiness is with her attittude, the fact that she had no customer care to warne me of the rule. Rather she watched me stand in that long queue again just to laugh me off.
I wasn't in the mood thereafter for this Pick and Pay. I might not be in a mood for that shop again. There are plenty other competitive shops around that will offer better customer care.
