PICK N PAY SPIT ON A CUSTOMER.

Good day.

I thought it's a common practise that when ur on duty particularly during this pandemic you don't necessarily have to wait in the queue to buy lunch.

However what happened to me in Pick n pay Lebowakgomo it's extremely disapointing and I had sustained humiliation.

Imagine being looked at from head to toes just to be told your not a frontline worker and your not on lunch. But some body from Nedbank and Capitec made their through to entrance what about me?

Was is because I was not wearing a corporate wear? How are they different from me because we both on same field.

I phoned the store to intervene however I spoke to a guy called Cherin something like that. He had said those above mentioned personnel they know staff members and security officer. Now this raises concerns because he never bothered to come and identify his customer he even further advised me to lodge and escalate complaint. It was very wrong of him to treat me in that regard and being addressed like that I am a regular customer I buy my lunch everyday there.

I do not need to know or make friends with staff members to get a good service. This is totally unacceptable. How can he address me like that?

I will not tolerate any disrespect from the store.
