pick n pay southgate mall horrible service

<p>i was at pick n pay in southgate to withdraw money from the tills, the cashier explained to me that she doesnt have the amount of money i need and refered me tp a lady named Tebogo who will be able to assist me. on my way to her i am stopped by a lady called Jacky who very rude and disrespectful she was speaking me and my wife with fingers pointed and telling us that she runs the tills in pick n pay southgate and the we should leave, this lady was helped with these insults by a guy called David madaka, they both continued to exercise their "powers" in a very disrespectful many and none of them wanted to hear why we were there and we tried tried to explain that we were refered to a lady by the name of Tebogo. this kind of service is really unexceptable especially coming from the management. i then called the store manager trying to explain to him of my experience in his store but he also was not willing to listen to me as he cut me before i could even tell him of my experience, i honestly think this should be looked into because we cant continue to suffer such from people who are not wiilling to be professional and do their jobs with pride and diginity. i was very upset with the service and the way she spoke to me and my wife. i have never pointed at my wife no matter how mad i was so i do not see where she gets the audecity to do such and portray such horrible customer service.</p>
