Pick n Pay Southgate

Yesterday i was at Pick n Pay Southgate and wanted to buy cheese, to my surprise most of the cheddar cheese in the fridge was off and had mold on it, I had to call a guy I assume was a floor manager to remove them, how to keep food like that and have a store full of Stuff members? so no one saw that?
