Pick n Pay Southdowns - Worse store

I am/was a regular shopper at Southdowns Pick n pay. After todays experience I will definitely not be shopping there again. Luckily a beautiful Checkers opened just around the corner from me. Today, I was shopping at Pick n Pay and as per usually more than 60% of the items I wanted to to purchase didn't have prices on. So your options is either take a change on what ever the price is, leave your shopping, go to the till and get the price or get another item, if that item has a price. I then got to the till, trying to open my Smart shopper app, and the app wasn't working. I tried entering my password, resetting my password, but nothing was working. I told the cashier and she just looked at me. She also let another customer unload his whole trolly knowing that I am battling. After 10 min I told her that I will have to go to my car to get my card. I do know the staff has smart shopper cards but she didn't offer this to me. I am so used to this very bad client service at this store, but I had enough. I will not be visiting any of your stores again, and I will tell all my friends about this shocking non service from the Pick n pay group.
