PICK N PAY SOUTHDALE CASHIERS PULL UP YOUR SOCKS

Please please PLEASE teach the cashiers Pick n Pay customer services and basic manners. From the cashiers to the ladies helping at the aramex counter, its one and the same thing, its like you don't hire people with great customer service and its a perquisite to be ill mannered otherwise you dont get a job there. May i suggest mystery shoppers who pop in there once in while to check on the horrible service we get dished out everyday. Its like we are doing them a favor by being there. This is the hard earned money we are spending at your retail stores and the least you can do is greet us with a smile and pretend to want to help us even on your worst day. Everyone goes through stuff but its not an excuse to bite the hand that feeds. There are alot of unemployed people who would jump at the opportunity of being placed, teach your staff to be courteous and respectful. You dont pay for that, its free!
