Pick n Pay Southdale

I went to Pick n Pay Southdale, have always been a shopper with them for over 20 years. I always have an unpleasant experience when i go but dont have a choice because they are the only one in our area. Today I have had it with the rudeness and attitude constantly being experienced with this store. The teller Hawukelani Ndimande is a disgusting human being and has no form of customer service or respect for the elderly. I had taken my mom to withdraw her pension and she wanted to purchase a few items but was treated unkindly. I myself am in the service industry and would never tolerate such abruptness from the cashiers and supervisors. It says alot about the Management of this store because even when i asked to speak to the Manager I was met with rudeness.I will never again support this store and will rather use supermarkets further away from me.
